Tales of Adventure: The Treasure of Captain Cutlass

Tales of Adventure: The Treasure of Captain Cutlass is a world created for ZZT and the DOS Games End of Year Jam 2023. You are an adventurer with a treasure map that has rowed to an island in hopes of finding the lost treasure of the deceased pirate queen Captain Cutlass.

Your adventure consists more than 20 screens of action, adventure, and a bit of puzzle solving. To claim the treasure, you must find the four purple keys which prevent anyone from reaching the buried treasure's location. You'll fight beasts, wander hedge mazes, protect turtles, raid the pirates' mountaintop fortress, and meet the ghost of Captain Cutlass herself in a race to find the keys and get the treasure.

You'll have to be quick though! The cold-hearted Captain Sharktooth is after the treasure as well, and his band of yellow-bellied pirates will do their best to stop you and keep the treasure for themselves!
